As Summer turns into Autumn and Winter into Spring, Clayton's recipes draw upon the natural goodness of the Central Valley.  Vegetables picked fresh from the garden, tree-ripened fruits, artisian crafted cheeses, wines and coffees are hand delivered from people who believe in the purity and brilliance of honest food.  A celebration of the well being of friends and family, with portions that encourage shared dining.
